Watching them perform reminded us just how far they’ve come. Their technique is sharper, their confidence is stronger, and their focus and discipline have improved tremendously. Every class, every drill, and every challenge has helped prepare them for moments like this.

Belt tests aren’t just about earning a new belt—they’re about showing growth, perseverance, courage, and the willingness to keep pushing forward even when things get tough. ❤️

❤️🥋 A Special Demonstration & A Bittersweet Goodbye 🥋❤️

Saturday’s demonstration was a special one for our Family Fitness family. We are incredibly proud of everyone who stepped onto the floor and represented our school with skill, confidence, teamwork, and heart. Seeing our students perform and showcase the results of their hard work is always a proud moment for us.

But this demonstration meant a little more, as it was Assistant Instructor Max’s final Demo with us before he heads off to college. 🎓❤️

Max, we want you to know how much we appreciate everything you have given to our school. Your hard work and dedication to your own training, along with the time, patience, and energy you have put into helping train and inspire our students, have made a lasting impact.

Watching you grow not only as a martial artist, but also as a leader, role model, and instructor, has been something we are extremely proud of. The lessons you’ve learned on the mats will follow you wherever life takes you next.

As you begin this exciting new chapter, we wish you nothing but success in college and in all of your future endeavors. Keep working hard, keep setting the example, and continue becoming the person and leader we know you can be.

there is no school Tuesday & Wednesday, September 8th & 9th for Jersey City public schools. Will be having an awesome day camp at both our Central Avenue & Downtown Jersey City facilities!

Your kids are going to have a blast playing different sports games.
Activities may include:

Martial Arts Classes
Organized games
Arts & crafts
Board game challenges
Physical activities and more!

Camp hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm for only $59. A pizza party (2 Slices, a drink and a snack) is available for an additional $9!

You may drop your children off as early as 8:00am and pick up as late as 6:00pm.

You do not have to be a student at our school to attend this event.

Our summer camp crew had an amazing time at the movies watching Toy Story 5! From the excitement before the lights dimmed to the laughs and smiles throughout the movie, it was a day full of fun and unforgettable memories.

These special outings are just one of the many ways we make summer camp an adventure. Whether we're training, playing games, making new friends, or heading out for exciting field trips, every day is packed with opportunities to learn, laugh, and create lasting memories.
