Little Oaks is based in the grounds of Highlands College, St Saviour. We are a term time only Nursery for children aged 10 months to five years.

Little Oaks Nursery (formally Jersey Teachers' Nursery) moved into their new purpose built facility in April 2008. Our aim is to ensure that all children have access to a wide range of play experiences in a safe and stimulating environment. Nursery sessions are carefully planned to ensure that each child's individual needs are met with age and stage appropriate activities. Areas of the nursery are

June is World Oceans Month and today, June 8th, is World Oceans Day!
To celebrate our oceans, Little Oaks resident Marine Biologist Amy, brought in her collection of fish and shark ID guides and some JAWesome shark teeth (yes, real ones) to show to the children in preschool. We spent time talking about sharks, whales, squid, crabs, turtles and more! We watched YouTube videos of sharks and scuba diving; we looked through the books and guides; we held and identified various shark teeth; and Amy answered a lot of very interesting and thoughtful questions. What a FINtastic day!
