At Little Milestones for Small Discoveries, we proudly celebrate World Autism Acceptance Day (April 2nd) and Autism Acceptance Month by creating spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

This month, we’re opening our doors and our hearts a little wider, inviting families to slow down, connect, and experience the joy of their children just as they are. Through play, laughter, and shared moments, we’re creating spaces where differences are not only accepted, but genuinely appreciated and celebrated.🌈

🍴 April 25 | The Foodie Fest (2–7PM, Hoboken)

Drop-off fun, crafts, and open play, tix on website!

🌸 April 25 | Parents’ Night Out (5:30–8PM)

At Little Milestones, we are always listening to what parents are noticing at home… and one of the biggest questions we get is:
👉 “Why is my child using full phrases, but not really communicating?”

That’s where Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) comes in.

🧠 If your child:
👉🏼 Uses phrases like “Let’s go!” or “Do you want a snack?” in unexpected ways
👉🏼 Echoes language from shows or adults
👉🏼 Communicates in scripts instead of single words
