Abolition, Cultural Freedom, Liberation Join 2020 Lannan Prize recipients Angela Y. Davis, Mike Davis, and Ruth Wilson Gilmore for a conversation hosted by Keeanga-Yamahtta Taylor.

On Sunday, 9/26 at 2:30, there will be a staged reading of Seedfolks, a play about a community in Cleveland coming together to plant and harvest a garden, in the St. Aedan’s Migrant Center Community Garden directly across from the King-Kairos House at 125 Glenwood Avenue. All are welcome. Refreshments will be served.

Artists with disabilities have a right to be heard. We are so thrilled to collaborate with In Full Color to give a platform to this community. This event is sponsored by the St. Peter's University Political Science and English Departments and Social Justice and Honors Programs.

Tonight premieres the Theatre of the Beloved Community, a new Saint Peter's organization, at 7pm in a performance called "Speak Up. Act Out!" Our topics will relate the themes of the Civil Rights and Anti-war movements as well as Indigenous narratives to today.
