It’s so interesting how life leads us exactly where we need to be.

I’m learning that every challenge can either make us bitter… or become an opportunity for growth. Instead of fighting reality, asking “why me?” or blaming fate, we can choose to grow through it.

My knee injury unexpectedly opened new doors for me in just two months. What felt like a setback became a redirection.

For my recovery, I had to introduce many new things into my daily routine. I became friends with gym machines, discovered a deeper understanding of movement and biomechanics, and Pilates reformers helped me restore my body while leading me onto a completely new path.

Now I’m going through this new training journey with so much excitement and inspiration, and I’m already integrating parts of it into my FITMama362 — which continues to grow together with me ✨

3 weeks since I tore my ACL.
Some days I feel strong.
Some days I question everything.

One day I think:
“Wow… I’m healing so fast.”

Next day:
“Should I do the surgery?”

But one thing never changed —
I kept moving.

Not ignoring the pain.
Not pretending it’s easy.
Just choosing, every day,
to help my body heal.

Movement became my medicine.
Patience became my training.

And this journey is teaching me more
than any workout ever did.
