Any of those who wish to engage in the real estate business in New Jersey are required to attend and complete a 75-hour salesperson course and pass a state licensing exam. The purpose of the salespersons course is to prepare you for the state examination. Upon completion of our course you will receive a "Certificate of Completion" which is used to gain admission into the state exam. The course is also suitable for people desiring a basic knowledge of buying and selling real estate. It's also suitable for intermediate knowledge of real estate investing. The course also provides an update and review for practicing salespersons from other states. Subject matter includes all important phases of real estate and follows an outline prescribed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

Registering for online salesperson classes will be a flat rate of $395. Classes run 6-10 p.m. on Monday and 6-10 p.m. on Wednesdays for 10 weeks with a final exam afterward. No filters, no part-time instructors, and every question gets answered. All materials and taxes included. The current price is a limited-time offer. Rollover classes are available to help you make up any classes you miss. Payment plans are available as well with a $100 or greater deposit.
