Feels good to teach class again. Salesperson pre-licensing class is still available to register until the end of next week. There's also another class starting near the end of August until the beginning of December.

Any of those who wish to engage in the real estate business in New Jersey are required to attend and complete a 75-hour salesperson course and pass a state licensing exam. The purpose of the salespersons course is to prepare you for the state examination. Upon completion of our course you will receive a "Certificate of Completion" which is used to gain admission into the state exam. The course is also suitable for people desiring a basic knowledge of buying and selling real estate. It's also suitable for intermediate knowledge of real estate investing. The course also provides an update and review for practicing salespersons from other states. Subject matter includes all important phases of real estate and follows an outline prescribed by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

Registering for online salesperson classes will be a flat rate of $395. Classes run 6-10 p.m. on Monday and 6-10 p.m. on Wednesdays for 10 weeks with a final exam afterward. No filters, no part-time instructors, and every question gets answered. All materials and taxes included. The current price is a limited-time offer. Here's our 4Q schedule for 2020.

Tentatively, no day classes are being offered.

The hybrid night + weekend schedule offered is in response to a desire for later hours, opportunities to get child care, and more opportunities to study between classes.

We have one salesperson class to offer beginning Wednesday, 10/21 and ending Saturday 12/23. It runs live, in-person, and on Zoom from 6-9pm on Wednesdays and 1-7pm Saturdays. Syllabus will be linked/ attached in the comments. $395 including taxes etc. or $445 buys you an extra three hour Q+A session beyond what everyone else gets. Last day to register is 11/4 at 5pm.

Gov. Murphy along with the REC has permitted online learning in lieu of in-person classes for the time being.

I'll be starting a salesperson day class, a broker class and another salesperson weekend class in the near future. Message me if you have interest.
