It’s a good feeling…

Weird how that works 😎

Keep it up James Templeton 🤙

Just one of those days 👀🚀

“You gotta be seen.” So he threw 60 innings, hit a dead arm by July, and finished at 82 with no offers.

The other guy threw half the weekends, trained the rest, and hit 90 - two D1 calls.

Exposure isn’t a strategy. Being worth the exposure is.

More depth about this crazy jump coming soon 😈😈

Why do two identical arms end up 8 mph apart?

Both wanted +5 by spring. One guessed - net in the garage, random lifting. One measured - found locked hips and no arm deceleration, and trained exactly that all winter.

Guess who’s throwing 86 without a sore arm?

The radar gun doesn’t care how tall you are.

6’4”, 210 - topped at 84. Big frame, all arm, no idea how to use it.

5’10”, 185 - sat 92 with three coaches waiting behind the backstop.

Velocity doesn’t come from height. It comes from how fast you move, how well you transfer force from the ground up, and how efficiently you sequence.

The smaller kid got screened, found his limitations - hip range of motion, T-spine extension, rate of force development - and trained them for two years straight.

Coaches don’t project your frame. They write down the number on the gun.

Workload is a great to track for health reasons, but when it comes to performance % of Drop Off is king 😎

You wouldn’t put regular gas in a Ferrari.

So why train your arm like everyone else’s? Dylan’s 93 mph didn’t come from lifting more - it came from the right engine, the right fuel, and a plan built around his exact weaknesses.

Know what you need. Give your body the best inputs. Watch the output climb.

Comment “VELO” and let’s see if we can add 3–5 mph in 12 weeks.
