Details of our 50th Reunion

1. COCKTAIL HOUR
- Friday, July 10, 6 pm
- The Tap House at Mill River, St. Albans.

2. THE MAIN EVENT!
- Saturday, July 11, 4:00 pm
- Dave Gaudette’s house in Fairfield.
- Potluck and BYO drinks
- Provided: Meat, a vegetarian option, cake, cups, plates and cutlery.
- Bring lawn chairs
- RSVP by June 15 to Dave Gaudette @ (802) 363-1195 (text).
- We’ll accept donations at the party to help cover expenses.

Organizational meeting on Sunday, Feb. 8, at 3:00, The 14th Star Brewery in St. Albans.
Join us if you can!
Agenda (please share your thoughts):
1. Decide on Saturday, July 11 OR Saturday, July 18? How do we decide which date if someone can’t attend the one we choose?
2. Discuss the start time in light of people coming from out-of-town.
3. Who will make the memorial (poster? A table?) for classmates who have died.
4. Set a budget so we know how much to ask for donations. Who will collect the money? How do we handle any excess?
5. How to update the Google document Cindy started.
6. Should we send written invitations? Call/text everybody? Reminders in June?
7. Should we buy soft drinks/coffee? Who will set that up? How about a cake? Who will get that? Best place to get it?How about paper plates, cups, cutlery?
8. Do we want an on-line potluck dish sign-up, or shall we just take our chances?
9. Make it BYOB?
10. Ideas for activities.
11. Since the party may end late, do we know of motels locally where out-of-towners can stay? Could people camp on David’s land?
12. Who can provide yearbooks and photo albums? 13. Dave do you have extra tables for food and displays? How about chairs. A tent?
14. What time to socialize the Friday night before — is 14th Star Brewery our best choice?
15. Print out a page where people can update their addresses/contact info.
16. Name tags with high school photos?
