UWR5K helps kids belong through sports. With support from runners, sponsors, and volunteers, our first year funded scholarships and opened doors for families.

Our September calendar is LIVE! ☀️

Every Sunday morning at 6:30 AM, we’re meeting at the U.S. Sailing Center of Martin County for a FREE community Run/Walk. 🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️

And on the last Sunday of the month — September 27 — we’re switching it up! 🔥
We’re teaming up with KC Chung Taekwondo for a FREE cross-training experience focused on:

⚡ Stability
🧘 Mobility + flexibility
💪 Core engagement
👣 Balance + body control
🔥 Coordination + movement

Whether you run, ride, train, compete, or simply love being active, these are the building blocks of better movement.
