Turns out we never stopped wanting to play… recess just looks a little different now. 😂

These days, we’re paying for our “recess” — except now the monkey bars come with a side of getting stronger, fitter, and healthier. 🤸‍♀️💪

Growing up is mandatory. Stopping play? Absolutely not.

We kid, we kid….nothing brings a coach more joy than seeing their members connect, find a community, and then prioritize their health.

But alsooooooo, we’re gonna keep these daily affirmations before coaching the early morning classes. IYKYK👀

At CrossFit Jenks, our coaches know when you’ve got a little more in the tank, and our community will be right there pushing you to finish what you started.

One more rep. One more step. One more reason to prove to yourself what you’re capable of.

We don’t think any of us show up because it’s easy.

We show up because hard things have a funny way of reminding us what we’re capable of.

One workout doesn’t change your life. But showing up for hundreds of them? That’ll do it.

We don’t survive the workout. We own it.

Big thank you to Coach Trevor, Coach Ashley, and Coach Mike for stepping in while Coach Breck was competing in CA last week!

Coach Trevor had all the morning classes and noon class (AND evening classes some days) - we all enjoyed experiencing his coaching during classes he doesn’t normally coach!👏

All our coaches are incredible and we’re so appreciative of them. 🫶🙌

What a week for CrossFit!🏋️🏃🤸‍♀️

If you missed it, Coach Breck competed at the 2026 CrossFit Masters Games in the men’s 50-54 division this past week and placed 13th! 👏

This was a special year for Coach Breck to make it…this was the 20th anniversary of the CrossFit Games and Breck competed in the very first one, 20 years ago.🥹 Talk about full circle and going back where it all started.

To make it to this level of competition is already an impressive and grueling feat, but to go and compete against the other 19th fittest men in the world (in his age group) is incredible and we’re so proud of him!

Our member, Becky, brought some of her co-workers(Kyle, Jon, and Kathy) to join our morning class while they were in town for meetings- what a great group!

Fun fact about Jon Jenkins (wearing hat)…his son Ty Jenkins is currently in San Jose competing at the 2026 CrossFit Games as an Individual👏 We hope Ty and Coach Breck crush those workouts and have a blast competing!
