When you’re IN BETWEEN yardages, take the club you KNOW is going to get there. The last thing you want, is to feel like you have to hit your CAREER BEST shot to get it there. This will cause you to swing too hard and lead to poor contact!

Pick a target that works whether you hit your line perfectly or miss by a bit. Going for the middle of the green as opposed to right at the flag, gives you some wiggle room to not hit a perfect shot. Aim wisely!

Want to get UP AND DOWN more often?! The SHOT you pick around the green, can make or break your ability to make it happen. Pick a shot you feel CONFIDENT in, COMMIT to it, and make it happen! Pick a shot that suits your strengths and gives you the best chance at success!

DOWNHILL LIES are one of the trickiest short game shots you can have. The slope makes it harder to get the club to hit the ground after the ball. To help ensure solid contact, match your SHOULDERS to the SLOPE you are on. This will help hit down and through the ball, help you make good contact and control these shots around the greens.

CONTACT is the single most important aspect of your swing if you want to hit solid shots. Train this SKILL by starting small and mastering it on a small scale. Then once you can do that EVERYTIME, your ready to make your swing a little bigger. Build it up until full swing, and hit it better, more solid, and more predictably!
