A huge THANK YOU to Temple Baptist Church for welcoming our Jena Giants & Lady Giants Basketball programs this morning! 🖤⭐🏀

Our players and coaches were treated to a great breakfast, followed by Sunday School and a wonderful church service.

We’re incredibly thankful for churches and community members who invest in our young people beyond the basketball court. Experiences like this are about much more than basketball—they’re about faith, fellowship, relationships, and growing together.

Thank you, Temple Baptist, for opening your doors and making our Giants feel at home this morning. We truly appreciate your hospitality and support of our young people!

What a great experience Saturday at LSUE prospect camp!!!! Seniors Ahja Dorsey, Halle Phillips, and Sydney Williams played extremely well and represented themselves in a way that got noticed. We’re excited to see LSUE continue to follow their progress and look forward to future opportunities to get back on campus. 🔥🔥🏀🏀

🏆 Honor the Past. Inspire the Future

The Jena High School Legacy Showcase Project is an opportunity to celebrate the people who helped build our tradition while creating a beautiful new entrance to our gym.

To begin construction, we must sell the allotted number of Legacy Tribute Plaques. Each plaque honors a special person while helping fund this exciting upgrade to our trophy case area.

💛 Plaques: $250 each

Today we celebrate the fathers, grandfathers, and father figures who make our program stronger every day.

Thank you for modeling respect, coachability, accountability, and hard work for our girls. Thank you for the countless rides, long weekends, encouragement after tough losses, and unwavering support through every season.

Your commitment to your daughters and to our program helps shape not only better athletes, but better young women.

We are grateful for the positive example you set and the sacrifices you make behind the scenes. The impact you have reaches far beyond the basketball court.

📝 Brooks can do it all. She is very versatile due to her length and athleticism and does a great job at both positions being a guard and down in the post. She was able to come up with some clutch shots down the stretch in order to help her team get the win.
