🚨 Safety Drills & Emergencies: We regularly practice required safety drills and may temporarily secure hallways during non-threatening situations, such as medical emergencies, to protect privacy and allow emergency personnel quick access. Families will be contacted directly if an incident requires their attention.

💰 Vertical Raise Fundraiser: Our fundraiser is LIVE! Please help by adding family, friends, and supporters to your student’s account. Funds will help offset costs for student reward trips like Extremenasium, Soar-n-Bounce, and the movies!

🇺🇸 8th Grade Washington, D.C. Trip: Informational meetings will be held next week. Remember, the first payment must be submitted on time to secure your student’s spot.

📅 Important Dates:
• Sept. 7 — No School: Labor Day
• Sept. 8 — No School: Teacher ONLY Day
• Sept. 15 — PTO Meeting @ 6 PM
• Sept. 17 — Picture Day

🍔 Drake’s Give Back: Grab dinner on 9/18/26 and 15% of proceeds will come back to RVMS! Be sure to show the flyer or mention the fundraiser for carry-out.
