Huge thanks to the Indiana Youth Institute and the Youth Worker Well-Being Project for allowing us to invite all our staff for an evening of fun at the Jeff Aquatic Center!
Moments like these give our team a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with one another outside of the school day. We’re grateful for organizations that recognize the importance of supporting the people who spend their days supporting youth.

We want to thank the Taco Bell Foundation for funding our Real-World Readiness Program, which provided students with lessons in leadership culminating in a fun trip together!
Sixteen high school students, 4 staff members, and 2 leadership staff stepped into an unforgettable overnight adventure that felt like Christmas morning meets the best vacation of their lives, full of excitement, freedom, and pure joy. After completing nearly 20 leadership and career workshops, they got to celebrate with a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Great Wolf Lodge and Kings Island where laughter, new experiences, and first-time moments made everything feel magical.
