Greater Clark County Schools Educational Foundation There are many ways to work with the Foundation in serving students and supporting our vibrant community.
We hope you will help us keep Clark County a great place to live, learn, and work by joining us and Greater Clark Schools in Bridging Excellence and Opportunities. We provide to our staff and students Creative Classroom Projects, and College and Career Readiness Programs such as WorkKeys, KeyTrain, ACT Testing, and Teacher Externships.

Each year at Champions for Children, we recognize and honor an Alumnus of the Year from each of our three Greater Clark County high schools: Charlestown, Jeffersonville, and New Washington.
The 2026 New Washington High School Alumnus of the Year is Austin Wiggam! Austin is a loyal supporter of the the New Washington schools and community, and he can always be trusted to lend a helping hand to others. He dedicates so much of his time and energy to the community through programs such as the alumni association, scholarship committees, and wrestling programs. We are incredibly fortunate to work alongside amazing community members like Austin, and it was truly an honor to celebrate him and the positive impact he continues to make in New Washington, and beyond.

Josh dedicates so much of his time, knowledge, and energy to serving Greater Clark County Schools through programs such as robotics, STEM, and Rube Goldberg. We are incredibly fortunate to work alongside amazing community members like Josh, and it was truly an honor to celebrate him and the lasting impact he continues to make creating meaningful opportunities for students across our community.

Champions for Children 2026 was an incredible night! β¨ We are so grateful to everyone who joined us for a night of celebration, connection, and impact in support of Greater Clark County Schools' students, educators, and schools.
With more than 500 guest in the room and over $187,000 raised, this event was a powerful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to support education. From honoring the difference-makers in our schools to awarding grants that will positively impact students to recognizing alumni making impacts in our communities, the evening was filled with inspiration and generosity.
A heartfelt thank you to our donors, sponsors, partners, and supporters who made this event possible. Your belief in our mission helps us continue creating meaningful opportunities for students and teachers across Greater Clark. We are incredibly thankful for your support! β€π

Thank you to the Community Foundation of Louisville for partnering with Churchill Downs to celebrate nonprofits on Winsday!
While we did not get drawn for a Derby horse prize, we did get drawn for $2,000!! Yay!! ππ»ππ»

The Greater Clark Education Foundation was one of 50 nonprofit organizations selected by the Community Foundation of Louisville to celebrate at Churchill Downsβ WINSDAY! It will be a day to fundraise and highlight the work we do, alongside the other nonprofits who are doing amazing work in our communities.
