Saturday Nov 9th our drill team competed at Floyd Central drill meet, we had two color guards a varsity and 1st/2nd year color guard, Armed and unarmed 1st/2nd year squad, Armed and unarmed IDR platoons as well as Armed and unarmed exhibition platoons and inspection. It was a very full day for our first full drill meet. All of our cadets performed well. We brought home 5th place in our Unarmed IDR platoon and two of our cadets won individual medals in knockout competition. Cadet sergeant Major Hardin won 9th place in unarmed knockout and Cadet Second Lieutenant Irankunda won 1st place in unarmed knockout! Great job to everyone!
