Open to boys & girls entering K–5th grade

Tryouts for the Jefferson Dance Dragons are coming up this weekend, and we want to see you there!
🗓 Tryout Dates:
• Tuesday, April 21st
• Wednesday, April 22nd
• Thursday, April 23rd
⏰ Time: 4:30–6:00 PM
📍 Location: The Old Gym
Important reminders to be eligible:
✅ Submit your interest form
✅ Turn in your teacher recommendation (due 4/21)
✅ Have an up-to-date physical on file (bring a copy to tryouts)
Attendance for both assigned days is required to be considered for the 2026–2027 team. If you have a conflict, reach out ASAP.

The 32nd Annual Jefferson Dragon Booster Club’s **Lucky Night Out** is coming up on Saturday, March 21, 2026 at the Jackson County Agricultural Center from 6–11 PM — and you do NOT want to miss it!

✨ $10,000 in cash prizes
✨ True reverse raffle format
✨ “Lucky Shot” raffle
✨ Live & silent auction
✨ Dinner served 6–7:30 PM
✨ Casual dress

🎟 Tickets are $150 (admits 1 or 2 adults over 21)
Tables can be reserved for an additional $250 (limited availability!)

History made in Athens ❤️🤍💙
Last Wednesday at the GHSA State Dance Championships in Athens, our Dance Dragons POM routine made program history as the highest scoring 3A Pom routine and finished 4th overall in Classifications 3-5A Pom! Being recognized on the floor among such incredible teams was a moment we will never forget-and has lit a fire for what is to come next season! 🔥
This routine was choreographed by the amazing with the theme concept created by our graduating seniors — and they brought the energy, power, and precision from start to finish!
We hope you enjoyed taking flight with us… because the Dragons definitely felt the need for speed. ✈️🔥

So proud of this team and the incredible work they put on the floor in Athens last week ❤️💙
This beautiful, unique jazz piece choreographed by finished 10th in 3-5A Jazz, and while placements are part of the journey, what matters most is how these dancers performed with heart, confidence, and artistry. ✨
The choreography was intentional, emotional, and different — and our team brought it to life in such a powerful way. That’s something to be proud of. ❤️🤍💙
