It's time to test your strength and endurance for this August Challenge!

For this month's challenge, you'll have 2 minutes to complete as many bench press reps as possible using the prescribed weight for your division. Your score is your total number of reps completed in the 2-minute time cap. Athletes can rack the bar and rest as needed throughout the workout.

Prescribed Weights:
Freedom: 155/95
Independence: 135/85
Liberty: 115/75

Baseline Test: August 3
Retest: Week of August 24

Whether you're chasing a PR or just looking to improve from your first attempt, this challenge is all about pushing yourself and seeing your progress by the end of the month!
