Join us at Jefferson Academy on Tuesday, August 25 for an evening of learning and reading fun!

Event Details:
* Book Fair Shopping: Open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
* School Support: All purchases support our school library!
* Curriculum Night: Choose between two identical sessions at 5:30 PM or 6:00 PM.
* Gift Cards: Scan the flyer's QR code to purchase gift cards ahead of time.

The school year may be new, but Mrs. Dillard and Mrs. Bashlor’s students are already showing what it means to work together!

During a hexagonal thinking activity, students worked as a team to discover connections, solve challenges, and learn more about one another. As they connected their hexagons, they discovered something even more important: we all have things in common, and those connections make our classroom community stronger and better!

Yesterday, Jefferson Academy came alive with smiling faces, happy reunions, new friendships, and classrooms filled with excitement. From nervous first steps to confident high-fives, our Dragons reminded us why the first day of school is so special.

Thank you to our incredible students, families, teachers, staff, and volunteers for making the first day such a success. We are so grateful to begin another year of learning, growing, and creating memories together.

Here’s to a year filled with curiosity, kindness, perseverance, and plenty of Dragon pride.
