My name is April Davis, and I have been an Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor for 15 years. I started making my own planners a few years ago, and soon enough, I was making them for my other Ag Teacher friends as well! I also began selling my FFA Officer Notebooks, and after some convincing, I decided to make my hobby into a business! :)

I had my FFA officer retreat on Monday-Wednesday this week, my copier was serviced on Monday AND Wednesday while I was gone, my new planner maker, Elsa, will be on vacation next week, so we were cranking out a ton of planners and officers books the last two days!

15 orders sent out yesterday and 16 ready today (shipping tomorrow)! In just this group, we have shipments going from Washington to South Carolina and from Connecticut to California!

Ware in good shape, and I believe all caught up on orders with officer books. With the exception of a couple of orders I had to skip for paper supply issues, we are all caught up to June orders! We are now working on orders from June 4th, so I’m excited about this progress of being about 2 weeks out on orders right now!

I was moving right along on orders around April 14th when my old laminator nearly smoked out the office. 😂 Ordered a new replacement and after a shipping delay it is finally here and got me back in business!

Now that my FFA Banquet and State Convention are behind me, I am going to be cranking out orders as quickly as my equipment will allow! I got 10 ready for the mail tomorrow and 4 ready for local pick up. I’m so excited about these new Commerce City Schools planners featuring some custom artwork! 🫶

Typically over spring break, I make and print a TON of planner orders! This year, I was out of town for the week, so instead I compromised! I set aside time each day to make planner files, I printed them today, and will be shipping them out this week!

In other news, I am preparing some items for a silent auction, and I painted our water tower scene from right here in Commerce, GA. I decided to digitize it to see how I liked it, and I thought....why not try it for the Commerce planner?

All the new planner files have been added to the website, including the new horizontal option, new themes for the year, and a planner add-ons section. You can find extra lined pages, meal planning, and gradebook add-ons using the "Planner Add-ons" tab at the top of the site.

Horizontal Planner Option!
For the past few years, I have been using a horizontal planner. I have gotten a few people to try out the planner layout as well, and I am finally ready to release it to the wild!

While I am not left-handed, this is a "left-handed friendly" planner!

To make it more feasible, I have made the monthly planner pages with a simple design. You get to choose your own cover from my theme options! Take a look at this video, and let me know what you think!

***Note: The Ag Teacher Packet is available in the horizontal planner! Some pages are horizontal, and others are vertical where it makes sense. Trust me :)
