How can healthcare workers connect hypertensive patients with helpful resources? 🧠

Tuesday, September 22, Judith Mutamba, Ph.D, will present her findings from a study examining the experiences of adults diagnosed with hypertension.

The findings suggest that patients require both productive interaction with healthcare providers and effective methods of self-management. The proposed hypertension self-care conceptual framework (HSCCF) could enable healthcare workers to link newly diagnosed patients with community resources.
