Celebrating a birthday is always better with good people, a little adventure, and a whole lot of rucking! 😂 We had a LOT fun getting outside, putting some miles on, and making our own adventure along the way. There’s just something about throwing on a ruck, grabbing your people, and seeing where the morning (or in our case.. slips of paper!) takes you!

Tomorrow morning we’re meeting at 5:00 AM for some early-morning fun, laughter, and probably a little sweat mixed in! No fancy equipment required. No need to be a hardcore athlete. Just bring yourself, some water, and a willingness to work! Can't wait to see your lovely face!!

Had a wonderful ruck morning with Happy Feet as our Q (the one who leads the workout!) + to top it off, we were able to expand our group just a little more!! Help us welcome Sunny into our FiA family!! Then this past Thursday - we had another wonderful lady take the leap into our evening beatdowns!!

So happy to see our group continuing to grow! 🌞
