MLN is excited to welcome Dr. Paul Thomlinson with Compass Health Network as the keynote speaker for Oktoberfest: Solutions on Tap.

Dr. Thomlinson recently presented work from Compass Health Research Institute at the American Psychological Association Convention in Washington, D.C., focused on how people use the 988 crisis system and how behavioral healthcare can become more responsive, effective, and humane.

His expertise connects directly to the challenges long-term care leaders face every day as they support residents with complex behavioral health needs, strengthen care teams, and lead through an ever-changing healthcare environment.

At Oktoberfest, Dr. Thomlinson will share practical insight for Nursing Home Administrators and Directors of Nursing focused on behavioral health, resident support, team leadership, and meaningful approaches to care.

A special thank you to Guardian Pharmacy of the Heartland for sponsoring Dr. Thomlinson’s keynote presentation and helping MLN bring this important education to Missouri’s long-term care community.
