Pay is $15 to $17 per hour and will be an outdoor based position.

We have openings at our school!!!

Full Time and Part Time Available.

Get enrolled before our greenhouse gets delivered in early Spring and our students go live in our very own Nature School!!!

Our Learning Greenhouse will be
12x32 and have a traditional classroom setting along with a full growing section, all in one unique space!!!

It will be one of a kind for our Prekinder students!!

Enrolling ages 2-5!!

In following our inclement weather policy, we will have a two hour late start on Tuesday, December 2nd. The school will be open at 930 am.

Please remember to use extreme caution when walking in the parking lot as we will have ice melt down, but sometimes things are still very slick.

Please continue to watch the weather and JCPC for closures. We follow the Jefferson City Public Schools inclement weather policy.

We provide breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack that the students partake in making.

We garden, pretend, and go on adventures.

We have goats, chickens and an outdoor classroom.

We plant, create, explore and relax with yoga.

Learning in our natural environment is good for our mind and body!

The Academy is the place to be!!!

PSST..... DID YOU KNOW?

We are preparing to get a learning greenhouse and fully launch our Nature/Forest School Program (plans are by January 2026).

In preparation, the staff at AIL has completed the required classes to be certified with Missouri State University and The Project Learning Tree Curriculum (a state-accredited curriculum).

We are excited to offer this in addition to all of the other amazing things already offered at The Academy!!!
