With over 42 plus years of service to Lincoln University, from library staff to archival assistant, it is a great honor to say that Ms. Ithaca Bryant has retired!

As a Blue Tiger Staff member since September of 1984, Ms. Ithaca says that one of her favorite memories here at Lincoln would be homecoming where she could see all the alumni come back. With all her family members being Blue Tigers as well as staff and faculty here at Lincoln, she is a true Blue Tiger at heart.

She wants everyone to know that she has dearly enjoyed her time here at Lincoln. For past, current and future students she wants you all to "Be the best that you can be."

We will all miss her bubbly and kind energy, while she enjoys retirement! Please enjoy these pictures from the LU Archives! From her as a small child in the LU Homecoming Court to her last day as staff!

If you wish to learn more about the rich history Lincoln University has to offer, the LU Archives is open, where they always mine heritage!

The correct answer is a dramatic story.
A typical ballad is a plot-driven song, with one or more characters hurriedly unfurling events leading to a dramatic conclusion. Often, a ballad does not tell the reader what’s happening, but rather shows the reader what’s happening, describing each crucial moment in the trail of events.

National Library Workers Day is a day for library staff, users, administrators and Friends groups to recognize the valuable contributions made by all library workers.

Page Library would like to highlight Ari Pappas (He/She/They). Ari Pappas is the Reference and Instruction Librarian for Page Library. They are responsible for reference, instruction, collection development, and faculty liaison. They joined Lincoln University’s Page Library in April of 2022. During their time at Lincoln, Pappas has spearheaded multiple events for the library such as the Show Your Stripe Showcase and the Graveyard clean up. Pappas has also taught one-spot instruction classes which hopes the students better navigate the library resources we offer.

Thank you Ari for all your hard work and dedication to our library and the University!
