We have had a lot of learning happening to wrap up our week!

"Missing a Dot" but not Missing any math fun! Mathematicians in Mrs. Newman's class are counting, thinking, and problem solving their way to the answer. 🖍️🧐🟰

Lawson’s therapy dog, Napa, was hard at work manning the front office! 🐾🐾🐾

And 5th graders worked extra hard on writing small moment personal narratives! 🦁📝

Yesterday, Kindergarteners in Mrs. Novak’s class, practiced making horizontal and vertical lines using Play-Doh. They also began working on scissor skills, focusing on proper hand placement and safely cutting along lines. They are building those fine-motor skills one step at a time! ✂️😊

Today Mrs. Moeller hosted a mix & mingle with Ms. Ravasini’s 1st Graders & Mrs. Dorge’s 2nd Graders!

Ms. Ravasini & Mrs. Moeller also led letter tray skill work in 1st grade!

We spy with our eyes two Lawson Lion alumni rocking it on the softball field! We are so proud of you, Kristen and Macy!! 💛🖤🦁💙🤍

Congrats to Macy Dudenhoeffer & Kristen Baker on making the Sullivan Back to School Classic All-Tournament team!

Baker finished the weekend with a .429 average, .467 OBP, a double & a HR along with 2 RBI’s!

M. Dudenhoeffer hit .357 with a double, HR, and 4 RBI’s. She threw 12 innings in the circle with a 1.167 ERA.
