Mrs.Gilpin's class had fun today going on a nature walk and talking about our five senses! We saw and heard kids playing! We touched a leaf that was on the ground. We smelled lunch cooking, and we used our sense of taste to eat animal crackers when we came inside!

Mrs. VanLoo's class has been learning all about our amazing body! Today we sang and danced to one of our CKLA songs, "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes", then labled the parts of the body on our very willing volunteer. This was so fun and lots of laughs filled our room!

We kicked off Math in Ms Morris' class today! After reading A Pair of Socks, each student was given a mystery sock and found a classmate with their match, then explained what they had in common! 🧦

Zero the Hero made a special visit to Mrs. Skain and Mrs. Woods’ class today to celebrate our 10th day of school! 🎉0️⃣

The kids had so much fun counting to 10, reading a story with Zero, and even enjoying a special treat! 🍪📚 We loved celebrating 10 days of learning and fun together! ❤️

We had such a fun week of learning in Mrs. Skain’s class! 🍎✏️ We kicked off our All About Me unit, explored our special letter through lots of hands-on fine motor activities, and spent time learning through play each day! 🧩🖍️💛

Heflin’s class looked at All about me slides to learn about our classmates and what makes us special! We also learned more about our bodies and put stickers on different body parts on our baby dolls!
