HOMECOMING FESTIVITIES TO PROCEED AS SCHEDULED!

After continuing to monitor the weather, we are moving forward with our Homecoming parade and all scheduled Homecoming festivities as planned!

We are aware of the chances of rain throughout the day, but as long as severe weather, including lightning, does not pose a safety concern, our events will proceed as scheduled. We will continue to monitor conditions and communicate any necessary changes through our official school communication channels.

We also understand and respect that some parents and families may choose not to have their students participate due to the weather. That decision is completely understandable and will not be held against any student.

We appreciate everyone's patience, flexibility, and support as we work to make Homecoming 2026 a memorable experience for our students!

We hope to see everyone at the Vet tonight as our Trojans take on Impact Christian! Pregame festivities begin at 6:45 PM, with kickoff scheduled for 7:30 PM!

Determined. Resilient. Relentless. Respectful.

We are Trojans!

**HCHS Homecoming Weather Update**

We are looking forward to celebrating Homecoming this weekend! As we prepare for Friday’s festivities, we are continuing to monitor the weather forecast closely.

At this time, all Homecoming events remain scheduled as planned:

• 2:30 PM – Homecoming Parade
• 6:45 PM – Pre-game recognition of Club and Class Princes and Princesses
• 7:30 PM – Homecoming Football Game
• Halftime – Crowning of the Homecoming King and Queen
• Saturday Night – Homecoming Dance for students in grades 9–12

Our goal is to remain on schedule and provide our students, families, alumni, and community with the Homecoming experience we have planned. However, the safety of our students and community will always be our first priority.

Should weather conditions require any adjustments to Friday’s schedule, we will communicate those changes as quickly as possible through ParentSquare and our official social media channels.

As of now, we are moving forward as planned and looking forward to a great Homecoming weekend!

Determined. Resilient. Relentless. Respectful
