🎉 Welcome to the 100 Club, Chelsea Ritchey! 🎉

Chelsea is one of my early birds, regularly showing up first thing in the morning for those 6:30am classes — and then fitting in other classes whenever she can!

She’s been so consistent with her Pilates practice, always ready to work hard, challenge herself, and keep getting stronger. 💪 And even though 6:30am is EARLY, we still manage to have a lot of fun and share a lot of laughs while we work!

I love having Chelsea’s energy in those early morning classes and seeing all the progress she’s made along the way.

100 classes is a BIG accomplishment, Chelsea! We’re so happy to have you as part of the Align & Shine family. Here’s to the next 100! 🥳✨

Huge shoutout to Zora and her husband, William, owners of Southern Air Pros, for coming to our rescue this week! 🙌🏼❄️

When our studio AC went out, they literally dropped everything in the middle of the day Monday to get a portable unit set up so we could keep our classes going. Without them, there’s a very good chance I would’ve had to close the studio for the week!

I’m so incredibly grateful for their kindness, generosity, and willingness to jump in and help when we needed it most. ❤️

If you need anything heating or cooling related, give Southern Air Pros a call! You won’t find better people to work with — the owners are truly fantastic! 🫶🏼

🎉 100 CLASSES FOR MEGAN LEES! 🎉

This one is extra special because Megan isn’t just a client — she’s a great friend who I met through Pilates! She was also one of the few people I knew in Jasper before opening Align & Shine. 💙

Since I met her, I’ve always admired the way Megan moves on the reformer — with intention, control, and such a strong connection to her breath. I’ve loved watching her continue to improve her strength and flexibility while staying so consistent with her practice.

Megan is also one of the most selfless and giving people I know. She’s always thinking of others and has a way of making everyone she meets feel welcome.

And fun fact… we may not have our studio on Main Street without Megan! She happened to walk by one day, saw the FOR LEASE sign in the window, snapped a picture and texted it to me because she knew I had been thinking about opening my own studio if I found the right space. The rest is history! 🥹✨

She’s been one of my biggest cheerleaders throughout this entire journey, and I’m so grateful for her constant encouragement and support.

🎉 100 CLASSES FOR CAROL EWING! 🎉

Yesterday, Carol officially joined the 100 Club, and I was lucky enough to teach her very first Pilates class and her 100th Pilates class! 🥹🤍

Since day one, Carol has been incredibly consistent. She shows up, works hard, and continues to focus on improving her strength, mobility, and balance. Watching her progress from that very first class to where she is now has been such a joy and I’m so amazed at her beautiful form and how strong she is!

And if you know Carol, you know she always, always has a smile on her face. She is genuinely one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met, and her warm, positive energy makes her such a pleasure to have in class.

Carol, I’m so proud of you and all the work you’ve put in over these 100 classes. I absolutely love having you as part of our Align & Shine family, and I can’t wait to see what the next 100 bring! 💪🏼✨

💯✨ WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB, MISSY! ✨💯

Missy hit her 100th class over the weekend, and I couldn’t be happier to celebrate her! ❤️

I still remember her very first class with me back in early January. The first things I noticed were her beautiful smile and genuinely sweet demeanor. And that hasn’t changed one bit! Every time Missy walks through the studio doors, she says hello to everyone, makes people feel welcome, and brings such a positive energy into the room.

As a military wife, proud mama and grandmama, she has spent so much of her life supporting the people she loves — and I absolutely love seeing her make time to do something for herself, too. 💕

Watching her progress over these 100 classes has been SO much fun. She keeps getting stronger, her form looks amazing, and you can actually see the muscle and strength she’s built! 💪🏼 She comes to class ready to work and is always looking for ways to continue challenging herself.

When she’s not at the studio, you can find her working at Gibbs Gardens, spending time with her family, or having fun with her girlfriends. She truly has such a joyful spirit — she’s one of those people who makes everyone around her smile and feel good just by being there. ☀️

Missy, thank you for not only supporting Align & Shine, but for always supporting me along the way, too. That means more than you know. I’m so happy you chose this little studio to be your fitness home, and I feel incredibly lucky that you’re part of our community.

💯✨ WELCOME TO THE 100 CLUB, KARLEE! ✨💯

This one feels extra special because Karlee has been part of Align & Shine since before we even taught our very first class. She came to our open house the night before we officially opened, and she’s been showing up and supporting this studio ever since. ❤️

I remember noticing almost immediately how naturally strong she was and how beautiful her form looked. But what’s been even more amazing is watching that strength grow over these 100 classes. She’s constantly challenging herself, taking on more advanced exercises, and never shying away from something hard. She comes in ready to work every single time — and it shows! 💪🏼👏🏼

Karlee is also a beautiful mama to two adorable kiddos, a wife to a wonderfully supportive husband, and works a few days a week as a hairstylist in Chattanooga. Life is busy, but she continues to make herself and her strength a priority. That kind of consistency is something I really admire about her.

And beyond how strong she is, she’s just such a genuinely sweet person. She’s friendly with everyone, easy to be around, and has become such a special part of our little studio community.

Karlee, having someone believe in and support this studio from the very beginning means more to me than you probably realize. I’m so thankful you walked through those doors at our open house and that you’ve continued walking through them ever since. 🥹❤️

💙 100 Classes Strong! Congratulations, Brandi Bryant! 💙

Today we’re celebrating Brandi on reaching an incredible milestone—100 Pilates classes! 🎉

Brandi wears many hats. She’s a devoted wife and mom, a consultant for a custom closet company, and the owner of A&P Painting & Flooring of North Georgia. If you’ve seen our beautiful private studio, you can thank Brandi and her team—they did an amazing job on the space back in February, and she was such a joy to work with throughout the entire process.

I actually met Brandi over a year ago while I was teaching and managing at another Pilates studio. She came in to give me a quote for some work, and I’m so thankful our paths crossed. Little did I know she’d become one of the very first people to walk through the doors of Align & Shine. In fact, she was in our very first class and has been showing up consistently ever since!

She’s also a huge part of the Jasper Business Club, where she’s passionate about bringing local business owners together to collaborate, support one another, and share ideas. That same welcoming spirit is exactly who she is in the studio.

Brandi is always ready to work hard, challenge herself, and give every workout her best. She keeps us laughing, makes everyone feel welcome, and is the kind of person who makes our studio community even better just by being part of it.

Congratulations on 100 classes, Brandi! Thank you for believing in Align & Shine from day one and for being such an important part of our studio family. We can’t wait to celebrate your next 100! 💙🎉

Missy, Zora, and I had a fabulous Pilates workout with Alejandra today, and she definitely kept us on our toes! We laughed, challenged ourselves, and left feeling stronger! 🔥💪🏼 I love how all our instructors bring different styles and challenges to each class!!
