August 23 is Find Your Inner Nerd Day! It's time to show the world how amazing our differences are and inspire everyone to embrace our quirkiness by sharing what we love. Nerds come in all shapes and sizes. There are academic nerds, book-worm nerds, movie nerds, science nerds, and nerds no one has ever heard of.

It seems like 1:1 Chromebooks have become the gold standard in education, but not at Mountain Laurel Academy. We have laptops available to support specifc assignments only. Healthy brain development needs physical connections. Students need to put their hands on books and write by hand. We're dedicated to helping our students achieve their best and that doesn't require constant screen time.
