Progress is happening fast in upstate New York.

The 3 truckloads of equipment shipping from Robotic Solutions in Jasper, IN is quickly taking shape into a fully integrated finishing system. From setting major components in place to dialing in the robotic cell, you can see this project coming together step by step.

This installation features the CMA Robotics Paperbelt System—the first in the U.S.—paired with a KUKA door flipping and sorting robot, bringing advanced automation and material handling together in one streamlined process. Add in RGI Spraybooths and lots of conveyors and we are getting closer to the final product.

There’s still work to be done, but the transformation is already clear. Stay tuned as we move closer to startup.

Part 2️⃣ : The final load is on the move.

Truck #3 officially left Friday and the first two shipments have already arrived in New York and installation is underway. With all three shipments now in motion, this project is quickly coming together on-site.

Featuring the first CMA Robotics Paperbelt System in the U.S., paired with a KUKA door flipping and sorting robot, this system is set to deliver a new level of efficiency in finishing and material handling.

Next up: full install and startup - this is when the real magic happens.
