Dennis Dean Frank, age 68, of Carroll passed away on Friday, January 12, 2017 at the VA Hospital in Des Moines surrounded by his family. Funeral services will be held at 1030 A.M. on Wednesday, January 17, 2017 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Carroll with Pastor Brian Licht officiating.
