Health Hero provides flu vaccines at no cost to our parents and students. This is for all insurance, Medicaid, All Kids, etc. Please be advised this is OPTIONAL for any student whose parent wishes for them to be vaccinated. If you complete the form and return to school, you are consenting to your child receiving the flu vaccine.

If your child is on BCBS PEEHIP, please contact Nurse Willingham at [email protected] if you would like your child to receive the vaccine. The PEEHIP vaccination clinic is Thursday, October 15, from 9 AM -10:30 AM. This is for the PEEHIP clinic ONLY, which is separate from Health Hero.

Welcome Ms. Creel to our TRS family. Ms. Creel has previously worked with us as an instructional aide. Now, she has her own first grade class and is loving every minute of it. We are so proud of Ms. Creel and thankful to have her on our team. Her smile lights up the classroom and our students are love her so much!
