We hope you are able to make it out next Tuesday for this event. This is one of the most important events of the year for our school!

We would like to invite our parents/guardians to join us for Academic Night on Tuesday, September 1 from 5:30 - 7:00. During this time, our grade level teachers will lead parents through a series of three workshops in which we cover the topics of Reading, Math, and Classroom Data (DIBELS, iReady, etc.).

Do the following statements sound familiar as a parent? "I do not know how to help my student with homework!", "They do not teach math today like they did when I was in school!", "I have no idea what DIBELS data is!"

If you have ever made those statements as a parent, this night is for you. We would like to meet with you and explain how reading and math are taught at our school. We would like to explain how to interpret the data that you receive from our school so you know what it means for your student. Hopefully, this night will allow us to partner with you for a more successful educational experience with your student.

If needed, we will provide child care for school age students only during this time. Refreshments will be provided.

MPS students will be bringing home their fall school picture slip similar to the one pictured here. Fall school pictures were taken today. Parents should be able to use the QR code on your students slip to order pictures. Please allow 3 days before the pictures will upload to the site.

MPS students received their student ID badges today. Please help us by making sure that students wear their badges every day. Students will use their badge for breakfast, lunch, signing in to their Chromebooks, bus transportation, etc.. This is an important part of your students' daily school supplies.

MPS Parents,
Today, the Jasper City Schools Pre-K Center began with the full amount of students. These students will dismiss from the Pre-K Center at 2:30 every afternoon. This will affect our 3rd grade afternoon carline.

If you are a 3rd grade parent/guardian, please do not enter our carline until 2:45 or later. This will give the Pre-K parents time to load their student and exit the campus before our carline begins to back up. Please help us with this by not entering our campus until 2:45 or later. We appreciate your help with this matter.
