Central Mafia Partner Spotlight: Juan Mack
Meet Juan Mack, Technology & Business Ops Manager at Matrix Integration, 24 years with his company and 17 years deep in the MSP world.
Juan came up the hard way in this industry, and the proudest part of his journey is the moment he crossed from needing help to being able to offer it. You'll find that same spirit in Central Mafia, where he values a community that talks honestly, no vendor pitch waiting at the door. He also serves on the ConnectWise Partner Advisory Council, the MSP OneShare Advisory Council, and the board at Mentors for Youth.
His advice for fellow MSPs? Get your processes documented before anything else, you can't hold a team accountable to something that lives in people's heads. And stay curious enough to ask the community questions, even when what you've built already works.
Right now he's energized by AI and automation, but the purposeful kind. As he puts it, the goal isn't AI for its own sake, it's removing the friction people hit every day.
Off the clock, Juan teaches indoor cycling, loses whole days to yard work, and cooks killer no-recipe meals (just don't ask him to bake). He's joined at the gym every morning by Jet, his German Shepherd–Poodle mix and official accountability partner. 🐾
