I’m a little late on the thank you note. I wanted to thank each and everyone of you for the card, the kind words, the hugs, the gifts, and the support. I love my fishing team!! Y’all are the best!
Now, homework for anglers and captains….go out and enjoy fishing (and bonding), learn a few new techniques, take time to enjoy the beauty, make new memories, and get ready for a great new season. And mom’s….enjoy your Saturdays while you can!

Meet our April VIP's!

I would like to nominate two VIP’s (Very Important Parents) from Jasper High School. Bridgette and Brandon White have volunteered countless hours with the Fishing Team since Morgan White was in the seventh grade and a member of our JHS Fishing Team.
Bridgette has always helped with everything from assisting with t-shirts, helping coordinate and host our annual banquet, to volunteering at every tournament for the past six years. Bridgette has also gone above and beyond to help me personally with words of encouragement and non-stop fun, laughter, tears, and support.
Brandon White has also volunteered his time with the Fishing Team not only as a Captain on the water, but also working the tournaments on the weekends. Brandon consistently shows up to meetings, offers to help with anything needed to help our fishing team run smoothly each year. Rain or shine, Bridgette and Brandon are always around to provide continued support for not only our fishing team, but also as VIP’s for SETX HS Fishing Association.
Both Bridgette and Brandon are reliable, friendly, fun, and patient when working with our team and the entire association’s teams. They will be greatly missed as Morgan will be graduating this year. Thank you, Bridgette and Brandon, for being rock solid, kind, dependable, level-headed, and compassionate parents. Thank you for the memories throughout the years from Sam Rayburn to Toledo Bend to Paris, Tennessee. But most of all, thank you for loving and supporting our entire fishing family and providing JHS with the privilege of teaching both of your children.

Now that Championship is over, next on our agenda is the Banquet, Monday, May 8th.
I’ll send out an email with list of sponsors. Please, please, please invite your sponsors PERSONALLY. All anglers, their family, all captains, and all volunteers are invited.
Then, our final event will be school board student recognition on Tuesday, May 9th.
