***RECALL!***

Evenflo Company, Inc. (Evenflo) is recalling certain Revolve180 Litemax NXT child seats manufactured through March 31, 2025. Please refer to Evenflo's recall report for the specific models and production dates.

Due to a miscalibrated level indicator, following the installation instructions can result in a child sitting more upright than intended. As such, these child seats fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 213, "Child Restraint Systems."

Number of affected seats: 22,981

The remedy for this recall is currently under development. Interim letters, notifying owners of the safety risk, are expected to be mailed beginning September 1, 2026. Additional letters will be sent once the remedy is available. Owners may contact Evenflo customer service at 1-800-233-5921.

Changes in routine increase the risk of hot car deaths.

Busy schedules, unexpected errands, stress, fatigue, and changes in who is responsible for transportation can all increase the likelihood of a child being unintentionally left in a vehicle.

Hot car tragedies can happen to caring, attentive families. That's why safety experts encourage everyone to build habits that help prevent these incidents.

Remember: Park. Look. Lock.
✅ Park your vehicle.
✅ Look in the back seat before leaving.
✅ Lock your vehicle every time you walk away.

Additional prevention tips:
• Place a personal item such as a purse, briefcase, employee badge, or phone in the back seat so you are reminded to check before exiting.
• Ask childcare providers to call if a child does not arrive as expected.
• Always lock parked vehicles and keep keys out of children's reach to prevent children from entering vehicles on their own.

Even on mild days, vehicle temperatures can rise dangerously fast. Creating a simple reminder routine can help protect children and provide peace of mind for families.

Need help knowing if your child is in the right seat for them? You can find a Child Passenger Safety Technician or fitting station near you at https://buckleup.tamu.edu or you can search the SafeKids Worldwide Website at bit.ly/SafeKidsTechSearch!

🍜 Why Ramen Needs a Makeover
Instant ramen has earned its place as a quick, budget-friendly meal but on its own, it falls short when it comes to nutrition.
A typical package of instant ramen is:
🍜 High in sodium (often 1,600–1,900 mg)
💪 Low in protein
🥦 Low in fiber
🥕 Light on vegetables
The good news? You don't have to give up the convenience! With just a few simple additions, you can turn ramen into a more balanced, satisfying meal in just minutes.
Think of ramen as the foundation ,not the entire meal. Add vegetables, lean protein, and flavorful herbs and spices to create a bowl that's better for your body while still being easy on your budget.
Small changes can make a big difference!
