I’m back teaching at @silkandsteelwi. I enjoyed filming this dance with the amazing @marina_t_heck and @resilientpoler . This fun sequence is beginner friendly. Beginner class is Saturday at 11am. Come see me Tuesday to Flow and Fly at 7:15pm. This involves putting various moves together and some inverting and climbing. (Please sign up no later than one hour before class time.) (Also, thank you @zilimama for trying it too. 💕)
