A couple weeks ago, we were able to spoil our teachers for Teacher Appreciation Week! They enjoyed goodies like a dirty soda bar, a fiesta lunch, some sweet and salty snacks, and a coffee cart to end the week.

We want to say a special thank you to those in our community who donated towards our teacher raffle baskets, as well as some Kennedy families who supported our teachers too!

Student Council is excited to have a Popcorn Sale day on Friday, May 22. Students wishing to purchase popcorn should bring their money (no checks) in an envelope or zip lock bag. Popcorn is $0.50! A parent volunteer will be walking around to each neighborhood Friday morning collecting the popcorn orders. Please send the exact amount of money to match the bags of popcorn ordered.

If you are unable to have popcorn and would like an alternative peanut free snack, Simply Cheetos Puff white cheddar, please fill out the bottom portion marking alternative treat. (Maximum 1 alternative treat)

Students will receive their popcorn at the end of the day.

Teachers will send home yearbooks purchased by students this week!

If one of your kiddos got their purchased yearbook sent home already and not the other don’t worry it will be sent home soon.

Our final popcorn sale is Friday!!

Option 1️⃣: There are two links below if it’s convenient for you. One is Zeffy, where you can chip in toward gift cards for our teachers and staff. Or, if you happen to have an unused gift card sitting around (we’ve all been there), we’d happily put it to good use!

Option 2️⃣: We also put together a simple spreadsheet with a few ways to get involved—volunteer opportunities, donation ideas, and gift basket sign-ups. Feel free to take a look and join in wherever it works best for you.

We hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the start of spring! 🌷 As we head into the final stretch of the school year, we have some fun things coming up and wanted to keep you in the loop.
