This week our featured 10 minute speaker Craig March, with Guild Mortgage NMLS 218697 shared an important perspective on the home buying process: homebuyers should focus on monthly payment. They are comfortable with not just the purchase price of a home.
Craig emphasize why it’s so valuable to have a lender involved early and throughout the home shopping journey. When buyers, realtors, and lenders work together as a team, it helps ensure buyers understand their options. stay within their comfort zone and make informed decisions with confidence.
Thank you, Craig for educating our members and for reinforcing the importance of collaboration and creating a smooth and successful homebuying experience.
