Update to attend:
Although I take your and my safety into consideration there are things I simply cannot anticipate. As always, you train at your own risk.

First, the things I'm doing to promote your safety:
1. I'm taking everyone's temperature (including my own) prior to training. After checking two hospitals criteria for attending work and consulting 3 doctors, I set ours at one degree lower. If your temperature is 99.4 or higher you may not train or remain in the gym (to watch). There are no exceptions. You will be granted a temporary access to the security cameras through an app during those practice times in order to watch and train from home.

2. The mats, equipment, and restroom is cleaned and disinfected between each practice.

The Things You Need To Do

New, and old rules for attendance:

1. If you don't feel well, stay home.

2. If you don't feel safe, think yourself or someone you have contact with is," high risk",stay home.

3. As always; for the respect, comfort, and health of you and your training partner, you should be freshly showered. Before and after practice.

4. Your gi must be washed between practices.

If we follow these simple rules we can decrease the chances of spreading anything contagious. That being said, not everything is understood about covid-19 or any other transmittable health risk. Together we can continue to work to ensure the safest training environment possible.

Our limited reopening is the 1st. The fundamentals and advanced Brazilian jiu jitsu classes are being combined to 8pm. Cardio kickboxing is to be determined amd kids classes are temporarily suspended.
