The Craig High School Summer Strength & Conditioning Program is officially open for registration! This isn't just about lifting weights; it’s about building explosive power, unlocking maximum speed, perfecting injury-preventing techniques, and getting into elite game-day shape.
🔹 WHO: ALL incoming students in Grades 7–12 (Fall 2026) 🔹 WHEN: June 15 – July 23 | Monday through Thursday (Enjoy your 3-day weekends! No Friday classes 🙌) 🔹 WHERE: Craig High School (401 S. Randall Ave.) 🔹 COST: Included in Summer School programming!
