About Us

Shaulee Iverson, MS OTR/L, is a licensed occupational therapist with over five years of experience in providing behavior modification interventions and developing behavioral programs for individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental illness. She has provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Skills Training services to children on the autism spectrum. Additionally, Ms. Iverson has over 9 years experience working with individuals with developmental, medical, physical, and/or mental health concerns. Her career began as a life skills assistance within Anne Carlsen and grew from there. She continued along the healthcare track as an autism interventionist, followed by an early interventionist. Overtime she climbed the employment ladder, and became a developmental disabilities program manager where she was able to learn about the service world. It was here that she solidified her dream of years of opening a private practice. She chose to take one last career opportunity as a behavior modification specialist at the NDSH hospital to round out her knowledge base. From pediatrics, developmental disabilities, autism, infant/toddler, residential, educational, geriatric, and mental health. These job opportunities have provided her with a great base to continue to grow her knowledge in all areas as the need arrises within her current private practice. Shaulee is forever grateful for these opportunities of growth and knowledge, and looks forward to working with families to meet their individual service needs.
