Ms. Odell's scholars were doing a "Compliment a Friend" activity during Morning Meeting time. The child holding the beach ball says something nice to or about another student at the meeting. What a wonderful way to start one's day off right. An activity like this is so powerful in setting the tone for the day in this classroom. We can never go wrong being kind to others!
