Dear Greeneview Marching Band Family,

I want to apologize if you were not able to see our performance today at the fall festival. We started earlier than three for many factors which included rain and forgot to get a message out.

It is never our intention to not have anyone involved with our performances and we sincerely are sorry for that.

We hope to see you for future performances.

Hello everyone,

Tomorrow is the Fall Festival. This is our big parade for the year. Report Time for all marching band students is 1:30 PM at the trailer. We will then move over to the performance area around 2:30 PM. The marching band and choir will be performing from 3 pm till 4 pm.

Afterwards, all marching band students will be on break from 4 pm till 5:30 PM. At 5:30 PM, they will need to meet on the corner of Old U.S. 35 and Waynesville Jamestown Rd. They will need to be there at this time to get ready for the parade. We start the parade at 6 pm and we should be done marching by 7 pm. Afterwards, the students, after they put everything away, will be free to go.

We hope to see you all there. If you have any questions please reach out. Have a great day.

Hello everyone,

Next Monday, September 14th the band and choir students will be doing a fundraiser to raise funds for our trip next year. The plan is to help raise money for our trip to Chicago in the Spring of 2028. Your student will be coming home with information pertaining to the fundraiser on Monday. We ask that if your student is wanting to go on the trip next school year, by doing the fundraiser it will help with the cost of the trip.

Speaking of the trip, We will have a meeting sometime soon to discuss everything about the trip including cost, information, etc. As soon as we have that information we will send it home to you. Thank you again for all your support to the music program. Have a great day and Go Rams!!!
