Our next Class by Cal-Wood is our 👻 Ghost Tour + Colorado History, happening October 24 at the Homestead with our very own Homestead Dan. Swap stories by the old homestead, see if you can put the past back in order, and end the night with a fall-themed dinner at the Lodge and some historical homestead eats. 🏡🍁

This August, we said goodbye to Dan Calvert, the only child of Roger and Oral Calvert. Dan was one of Cal-Wood’s founders. ⛰️ He helped make his parent’s dream to create an outdoor education center on their mountain property a reality. Dan served as a trustee for Cal-Wood and The Pilot Trust (our parent organization) for over four decades. We are grateful for his dedication to Cal-Wood, his love of this special place, and the legacy he leaves behind. 🤍

A date for a Celebration of Life for Dan Calvert at Cal-Wood will be announced when plans are finalized.
