I want to start by saying thank you to everyone who supported me and showed up for me throughout my undergraduate journey. These past four years have gone by so fast and I am truly grieving leaving my HBCU. Along the way, I traveled internationally for conferences, built lifelong friendships, and created meaningful connections that will guide my future. Most importantly, I learned how to advocate for myself and stand confidently in my purpose.
I am proud to graduate in 2026 with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a corollary in Special Education, and a 3.8 GPA. Over the years, I have stayed committed to becoming the educator I always envisioned. This journey has filled my teacher toolbox with the skills, knowledge, and heart needed to help all students grow and succeed.

I am so grateful for the professors and advisors who challenged me, believed in me, and saw my potential even when I was still growing into it. In education, children are waiting for someone to change their lives. Stepping into that role is an honor I do not take lightly. My goal is to inspire growth and nurture a genuine love for learning in every student I meet.
I am beyond excited to begin working in an Exceptional Children’s resource room this fall and continue walking in my purpose.
