High 5

High 5 High 5 is Jamesburg’s licensed before care, after care, and summer camp program located at the JFK New for this year are project based learning groups.

Children enrolled in our morning program may be dropped off any time after 7:00 am. The program ends and leads directly into the school day at 8:15 am. Children enrolled in the morning program may bring breakfast items from home. Fruit, grain and dairy products are encouraged as we stress good nutrition. The morning program is a time for students to socialize, study, read color and draw. Children

enrolled in our afternoon program report to childcare immediately upon dismissal and can be picked up any time before 6:00 pm. During the afternoon students complete homework, read, play outside (weather permitting), have snack (which we provide, however additional snacks can be sent from home), and engage in various activities such as sports or computers. Children will be divided into groups to work on a monthly project which will be presented at the end of the month. Our summer program is structured to provide summer fun and keep children engaged. An interesting variety of stations keeps everyone busy, even on rainy days. Children are grouped according to age and rotate through an array of activities. Arts & crafts, games, sports, special contests, special days, computers, music, academic enrichment activities, summer reading club and trips are all part of the fun! Lunch and snacks are provided daily. Our camp day runs from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm.

Our favorite day of camp is officially in the books… 🌺☀️🎶

Today was our annual High 5 Camp Prom at the Pool, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From dancing with our amazing DJ, to pool games, laughs, smiles, and a whole lot of fun, our campers made memories they’ll be talking about long after summer ends.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our incredible families for your generous donations of snacks and drinks. Your kindness helped make this day extra special, and we truly appreciate your continued support. ❤️

As our summer camp season comes to an end, we want to give the biggest shoutout to our incredible High 5 staff. ❤️

Thank you for showing up every single day with patience, energy, creativity, and so much heart. From early mornings to late afternoons, bus rides, field trips, pool days, crafts, games, dance parties, and everything in between—you made this summer unforgettable for our campers. We couldn’t be more grateful for each and every one of you.

A very special farewell goes out to Dariel. While we’re sad to see you go, we’re so proud of you as you begin your next adventure serving our country. 🇺🇸 Thank you for being such an amazing role model for our campers. We wish you nothing but success, safety, and happiness in the Army. Once a part of the High 5 family, always a part of the High 5 family. ❤️💙

Another incredible week is in the books! Today we celebrated Fun Friday with ice pops 🍧, temporary tattoos 🎨, lots of laughs, and plenty of smiles.

It’s hard to believe we only have one week of camp left! We’re excited to make every moment count and finish the summer with an unforgettable Week 5. Let’s make it the best one yet! ❤️☀️
