Great Self Defense Workshop this weekend. Thank You for all the Adults & Children that came through to learn self defense and martial arts & thank you for all the Valiant Karate students that participated and helped. This past weekend Valiant Karate participated in a event in Farrockaway Queens for the kids & youth in the community and taught Boxing, Kickboxing & Self Defense. It was a great event! Thank You Queens Community Justice Center for inviting us! We had so much fun and met some many great kids & adults! Looking forward to doing it again!
