We have reopened! EEC granted us approval to reopen on July 6th. We are happy to report that while things are different, it is wonderful to have the children here. Signs all around remind us how to stay healthy and safe. Enrollment is at 63% pre Covid capacity, we are awaiting guidance from EEC about potential changes that will impact Fall enrollment. We will stay in touch. Stay well!

We hope that everyone is doing well and staying safe in these uncertain times. While we await the guidelines from EEC and DPH about how childcare centers can reopen safely and successfully, we cannot with confidence access our waitlist. We believe there will changes in child/staff ratios and classroom size which will impact enrollment. We look forward to updating families about these changes as soon as we are informed and confident in moving forward. We miss our daily interactions with our children and families but know how important it is that we get this right when it comes to the health and safety of all of us! Stay well. We WILL be in touch.

We are full of emotions this week! Excitement to move on to our new home at the First Baptist Church in Jamaica Plain but real sadness that we are leaving our beloved space at the Shattuck Hospital. Change is never easy! But we are thrilled we will be able to continue our mission of affordable quality childcare in our new home. Please check out our Shattuckkids.org website that has all the information about our new tuition scale and schedule. We also have an Open House planned for Friday, July 7, 2017 from 9:30 am until noon for families to see our new space. Thanks for your continued support during our transition! Off we go......

We are happy to share this important and concrete update with our friends and supporters. We are to sign a two year lease with First Baptist Church in Jamaica Plain to share their space. We will continue programming in our current space until June 30,2017. We will move to our new location in early July. We look forward to the changes ahead, knowing there will be challenges along the way. We will keep you posted. Thanks!
